Our collections are created in Portugal, Lisbon. Our Artistic director and designer currently lives in Portugal and found this place very inspiring for XR as it is an European heart of culture and fashion, focused on sustainability and fair work. All values aligned with Xavier Regin this is why we decided to launch the production there.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
XR wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please email us within two weeks of receiving your order. If XR is contacted after this time we will only be able to issue an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within one month of order date. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges requested after the date cut off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
